Craft and Collect Slots v0.8

Added the ability to use loot to craft and collect your own slots.

• tidy up code
• Make a better mega win font / color display
• Turn wealthiest players list into a class in the code
• Add Pay Table under slot machines
• Create crafting page
• Display machine logo in crafting section
• Make main menu for crafting
• Make crafting sections appear and disappear programmatically
• Allow players to craft lives for their slot machines
• Allow only the owner of a slot to craft said slot.

• Dynamically display resource cost for each slot machine in craft view
• Bug: Fix commas disappearing in inventory when played on slot
• Allow players to raise jackpots
• Allow players to claim slot machine profits

• Added zoom to slot machines
• Make sure players cannot play a slot machine while not logged in
• Make sure players cannot play a slot machine that has no lives
• Make a page that displays all player unlocked slot machines
